Very comfortable with nice staffs. Awesome location near tourist spots and transportation. Enjoyable Japanese style breakfast. Good value for money, great amenities.

Nothing not to love.

This hotel is super close to the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The rooms offer great views from the 9th floor, with the Sakura River visible right outside. The staff was very helpful and went the extra mile by providing information on nearby fruit farms and even printing out a list for us to visit. Additionally, the rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had all the basic amenities one would need.

Good amenities. the best aspects of our stay were the stunning views of the river and convenient location close to transport and restaurants. the room was well-appointed with good amenities such as a small refrigerator and kettle. We appreciated the comfortable bed and clean linens.

Terrible lighting and expensive price.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free coffee and the comfortable bed offered by the hotel. The location was also superb, with easy access to both food and shopping. I enjoyed having a small refrigerator and a kettle in the room.

I felt uncomfortable with the bed being against the wall and the pillows provided being too thin. the earthquake experience while staying on the top floor was quite daunting.
